Contest Rules
1. Eligibility: Participants must be 18 years of age or older.

2. Entry Requirements:
o A minimum purchase of $25 at Neilburg Co-op Food Store or Lloydminster Co-op Marketplace is required to enter.
o Each transaction of $25 or more qualifies for one entry.
o Only one entry per transaction, per day is allowed.
o Entries are valid only at Neilburg Co-op Food Store and Lloydminster Co-op Marketplace location.

3. Contest Duration:
o The contest runs for 6 weeks, starting from Sunday, September 1, 2024, and ending on Saturday, October 12, 2024.
o Two participants will be drawn weekly throughout the contest period, for a total of 12 finalists.
o If drawn name is ineligible, redraw will reoccur
o Draw resets each week, running Sunday – Saturday. Entries are not carried over week to week. Shop weekly to increase odds of winning.
o The odds of winning is dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.

4. Final Draw:
o A grand finale elimination draw will take place on October 16, 2024, at 7:00 PM, at Southview Carwash.
o Two participants will be drawn weekly throughout the contest period, for a total of 12 finalists. Finalists will be contacted weekly via the telephone number provided on the entry form. If no response is received within 24 hrs, a redraw will occur.
o Finalists must be available for the event or have someone available to represent them.
o Finalists are required to sign a media release for pictures and name to be on marketing materials and social media.

5. Prizes:
o Grand Prize: A 2024 Chevy Colorado Trail Boss, valued at $57,000
o Second Prize: Co-op Gas for a year, valued at $5,200.
o Third Prize: A patio set with a fire table, valued at $4,000.
o Fourth Prize: Westjet Travel Voucher, valued at $3,000.
o Fifth Prize: Oilers Game Day Prize Pack, valued at $2500
o Six Prize: Backyard Pack with Pit Boss, Valued at $2000
o Seventh Prize: Backyard Pack with Pit Boss, Valued at $2000
o Eighth Prize: Backyard Pack with Big Boy Pit Boss, Valued at $2000
o Ninth Prize: Backyard Pack with Big Boy Pit Boss, Valued at $2000
o Tenth Prize: Backyard Pack with Sportsman Pit Boss, Valued at $1500

o Finalist Prizes: All 12 finalists will win a prize with a minimum value of $1,500.

6. Regulations:
o All entrants to the contest by their participation in the contest acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand the contest rules and are bound by them.
o No other communication with contest entrants will take place except with the winners selected. Winners will not be contacted by social media.
o All prizes must be accepted as awarded. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
o Only one person may enter any contest per entry. No “duos”, groups or teams will be allowed to enter together. Any disputes, conflicts, questions or concerns regarding the contest and its prizes will be handled by Lloydminster & District Co-op, whose decisions are final and indisputable.
o Ineligible to anyone currently employed by Lloydminster & District Co-op, employee's household member, employee's spouse or employee's immediate family.
